Job Description

Operations Executive Job Description: An individual contributor role with good growth opportunities. Job role involves:
 

Post sales order management: Order processing, invoicing, raising PO to OEM and partners; Enter and process all incoming orders, timely execution of customer PO.
Invoice submission and payment follow-ups from customers
Sales Invoice and purchase order & purchase entries in accounting software (Tallly ERP9 preferred)
Operations and Logistics management for hardware imports, shipping, customs clearance, warehouse, assets and logistics management. Liaising with CHA for customs clearance and delivery.
Vendor Managements and bills processing to finance
Inter department coordination for delivery processes.
Documentation support for tenders
Ensuring renewal of Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and SSP- Software Support Plan from clients.

 
Skill required:

Attention to detail in managing important financial transactions
Exposure to Tally or similar accounting packages, MS office packages esp MS Excel, Data entry, Order management and CRM SW etc
Knowledge of GST and Indian taxation and import duty structures
Good written communication skills corresponding with customers and Edutech OEM partners on order processing.
Teamwork and collaboration with other team members.
